Returning to Waterloo, Rebuilding Momentum
Why I returned to Waterloo, and what I found beyond the classroom.

I build software and help teams adopt new ways of working.
I spent a decade at Pivotal Labs and VMware Tanzu Labs in Toronto and Singapore, building products alongside client teams and helping their engineers adopt pairing and test-driven development.
I returned to Waterloo for the MBET master’s in business, entrepreneurship and technology, which I completed in 2026. I have also supported student founders and researchers exploring commercialization.
Current work
Divotron. I am building a robotics venture for golf course maintenance.
AI consulting & enablement. I start with the problem and map how work gets done, then build and test AI-assisted and agentic workflows. The aim is tools people can use and maintain. For a 2026 MBET consulting project with Canada Post, I built AI-assisted research and analysis workflows and interactive decision-support prototypes.
Community & learning. I am developing living archives and practical learning projects so communities can build on what others have learned. In Waterloo, this includes gathering local stories and making the region’s history and opportunities easier to discover.
